We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, bringing extensive experience in managing functional designs within complex information systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking and insurance sectors and a proven ability to navigate various stages of functional analysis and design.
Responsibilities and Role
The selected candidate will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of functional requirements into information systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating concepts and managing planning for the preliminary analysis and design phases.
- Conducting functional analyses and preparing detailed functional designs post-prestudy.
- Supporting system changes and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Recommending and implementing effective system enhancements.
- Developing new program requirements and specifications tailored to specific customer demands.
- Assisting with system upgrades and troubleshooting existing system issues.
- Analyzing service requests to assess feasibility, necessary technological changes, resource needs, and project timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will not only possess substantial experience in the banking and insurance industries but will also showcase the following core competencies:
