Senior Business Analyst Energy

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team to support projects amidst evolving innovations in the energy market. Our client is focused on streamlining project management while acting as key players in data management and market operations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and teams to navigate legal adjustments and facilitate business transformations effectively.

As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a business analyst across various projects, collaborating closely with other analysts.
• Ensuring content dependencies are monitored with other projects, facilitating discussions among process owners, and utilizing best-practice processes to support change acceptance.
• Providing expertise and substantive support to project leaders, and reviewing project deliverables.
• Documenting discussions and decisions from working groups thoroughly and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Developing communication and training materials while preparing and participating actively in meetings.
• Conducting thorough analyses of new initiatives or change requests from both a market and organizational perspective.
• Creating end-to-end test scenarios and assisting in the execution of testing processes, as well as supporting migration and transition activities.

We're seeking an individual who possesses the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in quality management and acceptance testing.
• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst, preferably with a focus on the energy sector (minimum 5 years).
• Expertise in change management, including training material development.
• Experience in business process development and optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to exhibit relevant market process knowledge during interviews.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively in discussions.
• Fluency in English and Dutch at CEFR C2 level.
