We're looking for a professional to join our client's team, focusing on ensuring compliance with specific regulatory requirements. This challenging role requires a blend of analytical skills, meticulous documentation practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.

Your primary objective will be to structure, consolidate, and document compliance systems aligned with regulatory mandates. You will be responsible for:

• Transforming scattered information into structured and auditable documentation.
• Linking real-world implementations with compliance requirements.
• Completing, writing documentation, creating templates, and ensuring the verification of predefined checkpoints.
• Organizing work sessions with operational teams to gather necessary documents and information.
• Identifying evidence sources and verifying the relevance and traceability of the information.
• Preparing compliance dossiers.
• Participating in the governance of various ongoing projects and work packages.

The chosen candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or a functional and technical analyst.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation writing.
• Strong analytical and synthesizing abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with operational teams.
• Persistence in gathering information, especially when it poses challenges.

Fluency in the following languages is essential:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
