Senior Business Analyst – Facility Services

Function

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s team, supporting critical building and facility services within a complex, enterprise-level environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity, efficiency, and evolution of tools and processes that support a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

In this position, you will act as the bridge between business and IT within an Agile setup, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational improvements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and challenge business needs and pain points
• Translate requirements into clear functional solutions, processes, and conceptual architectures
• Define and validate acceptance criteria for features and deliverables under your ownership
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to refine and deliver high-quality solutions
• Support business testing activities and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure proper documentation for processes, tools, and incident handling
• Contribute to change management activities such as training, workshops, and communication

Tasks & Impact

You will contribute to both transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within facility-related services:

• Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of facility management tools and processes
• Handle both major changes and smaller enhancements, as well as recurring tasks and incident resolution
• Drive improvements in efficiency, compliance, and overall user experience
• Work collaboratively within Agile squads, participating in ceremonies and delivery cycles
• Support internal users by ensuring reliable and user-friendly systems

Profile & Experience

Our client is looking for a seasoned professional who combines analytical strength with strong stakeholder management skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (scrum ceremonies, refinement, delivery processes)
• Experience in Facility Management and/or financial processes is a strong plus
• Familiarity with BPMN tools; knowledge of FMIS tools such as Archibus is an asset
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Team player with adaptability and openness to change
