We’re looking for a driven procurement professional to join our client’s team for a mission with strong long-term potential. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership, positioning you as a key player in managing strategic sourcing initiatives and contract portfolios within a public procurement environment.

The Role

As Senior Procurement Specialist, you will take full responsibility for sourcing and contract management activities from A to Z for the public tenders under your scope. Working closely with a multidisciplinary internal team, you will manage framework agreements and maintain constructive, performance-driven supplier relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end sourcing processes and overseeing contract management activities

• Managing framework agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers

• Ensuring optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while maintaining the highest quality standards

• Safeguarding supply continuity and monitoring the quality of goods and services delivered to internal clients

• Actively managing your procurement category and developing strategies to optimize the supplier base

• Stimulating innovation while ensuring long-term business continuity

• Contributing to the development of a multi-year procurement and sourcing roadmap

• Driving continuous improvement of procurement processes, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency and organizational maturity
