This role offers significant autonomy and ownership, positioning you as a key player in managing strategic sourcing initiatives and contract portfolios within a public procurement environment.
The Role
As Senior Procurement Specialist, you will take full responsibility for sourcing and contract management activities from A to Z for the public tenders under your scope. Working closely with a multidisciplinary internal team, you will manage framework agreements and maintain constructive, performance-driven supplier relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end sourcing processes and overseeing contract management activities

Managing framework agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers

Ensuring optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while maintaining the highest quality standards

Safeguarding supply continuity and monitoring the quality of goods and services delivered to internal clients

Actively managing your procurement category and developing strategies to optimize the supplier base

Stimulating innovation while ensuring long-term business continuity

Contributing to the development of a multi-year procurement and sourcing roadmap

Driving continuous improvement of procurement processes, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency and organizational maturity
