Introduction
We're looking for a senior consultant to join our client's dynamic team and assist in navigating significant organizational changes. As a key player in driving digital transformation within a vital sector, our client seeks to enhance their operational efficiency through strategic change management.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives enabling personnel to embrace and adapt to critical changes within the organization. Responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and advising the executive committee to serve as effective change sponsors.
- Coaching team managers to facilitate their teams’ transitions towards future states.
- Collaborating with project managers on technical, business, and organizational impacts.
- Designing and implementing a holistic change management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Identifying impacted stakeholders and developing tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Creating training programs to prepare employees for impending changes.
- Monitoring change progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Promoting a culture of trust and openness to mitigate resistance to change.
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding change initiatives across various channels.
- Evaluating stakeholder satisfaction and utilizing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and integrating innovative approaches into the organization's change processes.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Business Change Manager is mandatory.
- At least three proven experiences in implementing CRM systems within enterprises.
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and tools; PROSCI/ADKAR certification is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in guiding transformational journeys within large organizations.
- Successful involvement in at least three significant digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with at least three public entities in Belgium.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
Language Requirements
Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential to succeed in this role.
