Senior Change Manager

We're looking for a project management consultant to join our client's dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in leading a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing company culture to align with their strategic objectives for 2030. This position entails collaboration with external partners to effectively drive the project forward in 2026.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing project governance and managing project monitoring and reporting processes
• Leading project boards or steering committees to ensure alignment and progress
• Managing risks and issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting capacity planning and resource management while maintaining budget oversight
• Monitoring project documentation and implementing change control processes
• Guiding the external partner while aligning proposals with internal stakeholders
• Supervising the implementation of action plans and linking them with internal processes
• Executing change management initiatives effectively

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on project management
• Technical expertise in project management; experience with HR processes is mandatory
• Background in large corporate environments is desirable, with previous exposure to cultural change initiatives being beneficial

Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, with strong written and spoken communication skills in all three languages is required for this role.
