Senior DORA Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our client’s team and take a leading role in delivering high-impact regulatory and technology resilience projects for major organizations in the financial sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a subject-matter expert who enjoys advising clients, shaping compliance strategies, and driving real-world change in the fast-moving world of digital operational resilience.

Your Role

As a senior member of the consulting team, you will lead end-to-end engagements focused on DORA readiness and implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring ICT risk management, incident handling, business continuity, and third-party oversight meet regulatory expectations, while also playing a key role in developing junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DORA gap assessments, readiness reviews, and compliance programs

• Design and implement ICT risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements

• Advise clients on incident response, business continuity, and third-party risk management

• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness initiatives

• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, regulators, and internal teams

• Oversee regulatory reporting, audit preparation, and supervisory interactions

• Mentor junior consultants and actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, ICT risk, IT governance, or operational resilience

• Strong knowledge of DORA and European financial regulatory frameworks

• Proven project leadership and client-facing experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• (Nice to have) Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

• (Nice to have) Experience with regulatory audits and supervisory reviews
