Senior E2E Testcoördinator

Function

We’re looking for an E2E Test Coordinator to join our client’s team, taking a leading role in ensuring end-to-end quality across multiple projects in WAN environments. This role is focused on coordinating testing activities, driving quality assurance, and supporting teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end (E2E) test strategy aligned with the overall organizational testing approach.
• Plan and track E2E test schedules, scopes, and exit criteria across multiple product teams.
• Coordinate and guide testing activities without taking over team responsibilities, including supporting teams in creating detailed test scenarios.
• Facilitate test execution by managing what, when, where, and by whom testing is performed.
• Participate in defining and executing SIT, UAT, and E2E tests across teams.
• Collaborate with release managers on test environment availability, scheduling, and software release approvals.
• Monitor integrations against functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Track program-level quality, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Maintain oversight of release readiness from an E2E quality perspective, providing cross-team coordination and reporting.
• Report on E2E testing progress and quality metrics to program stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for E2E quality on assigned projects.
• Contribute actively to organizational testing communities to standardize and enhance E2E testing practices.

Profile / Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, ideally in WAN or large-scale IT environments.
• Hands-on testing experience, including SIT and UAT.
• Strong knowledge of formal testing methods, techniques, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience coordinating tests at a program level across multiple projects or product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams.
• Structured, autonomous, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable taking initiative and handling new challenges.
• Language proficiency: English and Dutch (C2 level).

Skills & Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years as a Test Coordinator.
• 3+ years performing hands-on testing.
• Experience with SIT and UAT testing.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple teams and projects.
• Dutch and English proficiency (CEFR C2).

Preferred / Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Energy sector experience.
• Experience writing test strategies and scenarios.
• Release management experience.
• Experience with SAP applications.
• Familiarity with Zephyr (Jira).
