Senior Frontend Developer

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where innovation and technology come together to create robust digital solutions. Our client is engaging in an ambitious modernization initiative, and we are seeking experienced individuals who are eager to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced web applications, specifically leveraging Angular 2+.

Responsibilities

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for:

• Developing modern, scalable web applications utilizing the Angular framework and RESTful services.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to integrate microservices in a seamless user experience.
• Translating designs and wireframes into well-structured and reusable code.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in front-end development and best practices.
• Implementing APIs, managing application state, and optimizing the front-end architecture for enhanced user experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in front-end development with the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized European institution.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end application development.
• Proven expertise (minimum 5 years) with Angular 2+ and cloud-native application development.
• Experience defining and developing APIs, as well as working with single-page applications and web portals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation, preferably within an Azure DevOps environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.

Working Environment

This position involves working in a dynamic and highly skilled team. While remote work is supported, you will be expected to be present in the office at least three days a week to foster collaboration and team spirit. The office is conveniently located near Brussels South station.
