Senior Full Stack Java Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client’s team as part of a large-scale business transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen an established development organization and contribute to the modernization, refactoring, and creation of business-critical applications in a complex and evolving IT environment. You will join a growing team of experienced professionals and play a key role in delivering high-impact digital solutions, with a strong focus on frontend development while remaining hands-on across the full stack.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of business applications based on Java and Angular, while actively supporting analysts and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Your tasks include:

• Developing and maintaining Java and Angular applications and services

• Designing and implementing application components and web services

• Contributing to technical architecture and reusable building blocks in cooperation with technical leads and architects

• Supporting testing, deployment, documentation, and reporting activities

• Participating in technical working groups and meetings with business users when needed

• Coaching and guiding less experienced developers and supporting code reviews

Profile & Technical Skills
The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack developer with a strong backend background and solid frontend expertise. You bring:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Java development

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and JPA (Hibernate)

• Experience with security frameworks such as Spring Security

• Knowledge of SOAP and REST-based web services

• Experience with microservices, SOA, CQRS, and Spring Batch

• Hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, and Selenium

• Solid understanding of DevOps tooling such as Maven, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Git/SVN, Sonar, Tomcat, and JBoss

• Experience with relational databases and ORM (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

• Ability to read and understand BPMN, UML, and technical documentation

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines
