Senior Full Stack Java Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our client’s team and contribute to the development of modern web applications hosted on Azure. You will be part of a product-driven setup, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions in an Agile environment.

The Role
As a full-stack developer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and enhancing web applications deployed on Azure. Depending on business priorities, you may contribute to a product team focused on geospatial solutions, where data and mapping technologies are leveraged to provide valuable insights and services to other teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks
• Contribute to cloud-native solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including Kubernetes-based deployments
• Collaborate within Agile product teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features
• Work on backend services using Java (version 17 or 21) and Spring-based frameworks
• Build and integrate front-end components using modern frameworks such as Angular
• Ensure clean architecture, code quality, and performance optimization across applications
• Contribute to microservices-based architectures and API development
• Support integration of geospatial data and services where relevant

Profile & Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a modern, Agile environment
• Expertise in Java and solid experience with frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot
• Proven experience with front-end technologies, particularly Angular, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Good knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure DevOps
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and API standards (OpenAPI, OAuth)
• Exposure to GIS concepts and data is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to code quality and performance
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with regular on-site collaboration
