Senior Functional Analyst

We’re looking for a Functional / Technical Analyst to support our client’s initiatives around billing and payment tracking systems. If you excel in analyzing complex software environments, translating business needs into solid technical deliverables, and guiding development teams through implementation, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of billing and accounting systems, with a focus on payment status updates and payment follow-up capabilities.
• Analyze and interpret API documentation to produce technical specifications tailored for developers.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party software vendors to ensure clear communication and efficient progress.
• Ensure all functional validations and user acceptance testing are properly carried out to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.

Role & Tasks

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical documentation.
• Support development teams during implementation by providing clarifications and functional guidance.
• Conduct thorough testing on delivered features, verifying they align with expectations.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across various teams, including external vendors and internal IT departments.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong analytical background with proven experience in billing or accounting systems and payment tracking.
• Capable of studying and interpreting REST API documentation.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and coordination.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and validation processes.
• Fluent in both technical and business terminology.
