Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirement discussions and ensure consistency with established business modeling standards

Utilize Agile methodologies to drive process improvement and project delivery

Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN

Ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks

Collaborate across teams to ensure effective communication and delivery

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Work in a multilingual environment (Dutch, French, and English)
Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles as a Functional Analyst

Belgian nationality (mandatory) and willingness to obtain Top Secret security clearance if not already in possession

Full-time on-site availability (remote work is not an option)

Fluency in either Dutch or French, with strong proficiency in the other, and a good command of English
