Senior Functional Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

As a Functional Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring requirements are understood, structured, and delivered effectively. You will:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional components and user stories.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, software engineers, UX designers, and project managers.

• Transform features into clear story maps, ensuring transparency and structure.

• Stay one step ahead of development teams by refining requirements iteratively.

• Validate delivered functionalities through structured testing and feedback.

• Ensure business value is always at the center of IT solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document processes and structures.

• Familiarity with techniques such as User Story Mapping, UML, BPMN, Wireframing, and Domain Modelling.

Language Skills

• Fluency in Dutch is required.

• Strong English skills are essential; French is considered a plus.
