Senior Functional Analyst
Function
We are looking for a motivated and communicative Functional Analyst to strengthen the team of our client. Your focus will be on analyzing and structuring client requirements and ensuring these are translated into clear, functional solutions for our portal applications, with a strong emphasis on the automation of premium and payroll-related processes.
As a Functional Analyst, you will:

Gather, analyze, and document client needs related to portal applications, specifically in the domain of payroll and premiums.

Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and use cases that guide our development teams.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to validate feasibility and ensure solutions meet expectations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing HR/payroll applications by identifying functional enhancements.

Act as the link between business and technical teams, making sure both sides have a shared understanding.
Your profile:

At least three years of experience as a Functional Analyst (experience in HR, payroll or financial applications is a strong plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into structured requirements.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.

Experience in writing clear functional documentation (functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices.

Knowledge of HR or payroll processes (such as premiums, salary components, and social legislation) is considered an asset.
