Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing critical business applications. Your expertise as a functional analyst will be integral to the success of various projects within technical environments, as you partner with stakeholders to refine processes and fulfill requirements.

Responsibilities and Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting requirement analysis and designing concepts for object-oriented, multi-tier, and web-enabled environments.
• Creating user stories and working collaboratively in an agile setting following Scrum principles.
• Employing data and process modeling techniques to streamline operations.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering effective communication.
• Utilizing your knowledge of UI/UX design to enhance the usability of applications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional analyst with a focus on critical business applications.
• Proven experience in technical environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to facilitate user engagement effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch at the C2 level of the European CEFR, with English as an additional required language.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience in working within the utilities sector or a government context would be a plus.

Technical Skills

Additionally, you should bring:

• Comprehensive knowledge of data and process modeling techniques and tools.
• Experience with UI/UX design as a preferred skill.
