Senior Functional Analyst

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you'll leverage your proven experience as a functional analyst with critical business applications. Your background in technical environments, along with your skills in data and process modeling techniques, will be integral in driving innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough requirement analysis and design concepts for object-oriented, multi-tier, and web-enabled environments using UML.
• Facilitate workshops, gathering insights for data-driven solutions and AI integration.
• Engage actively with cross-functional teams and adapt methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to meet project goals.
• Draft and evaluate requests for proposals within governmental contracts, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a business and functional analyst.
• Strong familiarity with technical environments and agile methodologies.
• Experience in higher education settings is preferred.
• Fluency in both Dutch (CEFR level C2) and English (CEFR level C2) is mandatory.

Skills and Expertise

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who also have:

• Experience with data and process modeling techniques and tools.
• Understanding of requirement analysis & design concepts suitable for complex project environments.
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework.
