Senior Functional Analyst

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, bringing expertise in functional analysis and a focus on the banking and insurance sectors. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in managing the functional design of information systems and a passion for delivering effective solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the functional design process of information systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating concepts and managing planning for the preliminary analysis and design phase.
- Performing functional analysis and developing functional designs following the pre-study phase.
- Providing support for changes and enhancements from development through to production.
- Recommending and implementing system enhancements to improve functionality.
- Developing program requirements and specifications tailored to specific customer needs.
- Supporting system upgrades and resolving issues with current systems.
- Analyzing service requests for feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project time estimates.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess more than five years of experience in the banking and insurance industries, complemented by a strong skill set in core competencies such as:

- IT Security
- Software Development
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and Dutch is required to effectively communicate and collaborate within the team and with stakeholders.
