Senior Functional Analyst BECRIS

Function

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, bringing extensive expertise in managing the functional design of information systems. With a solid background in both banking and insurance, this role requires a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience who can effectively contribute to various phases of system development.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Create concepts and manage the planning for the preliminary analysis and design phases.
• Perform functional analyses of information systems and draft functional designs based on initial studies.
• Support changes and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle until production.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop program requirements and specifications tailored to specific customer needs.
• Assist with system upgrades and resolve issues related to current systems.
• Analyze service requests to assess feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project timelines.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the banking and insurance sectors, along with a set of core competencies that include:

• Strong collaboration skills
• Data-driven decision-making
• IT security knowledge
• Software development experience

Language Requirements

Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory for this role, enabling effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
