We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team and contribute to the enhancement of critical software applications. Our client plays a pivotal role in providing reliable systems and efficient digital tools to support various organizational functions. The ideal candidate will assist in transforming detailed process analysis into actionable solutions, aiming to streamline and optimize the operations of essential service applications.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough analysis and translating requirements into technical specifications for software development.
• Supporting detailed process modeling and understanding of key operational components, such as webshop management, financial processing, and event organization.
• Facilitating communication with stakeholders to relay essential requirements and ensuring the software addresses their needs adequately.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical documents such as SLAs, taking into account organizational needs and operational capabilities.
• Identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and implementing effective strategies for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect fit for this position will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business-oriented field, along with equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with major business-critical applications in complex technical environments.
• Proficiency in data and process modeling techniques and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills, particularly in collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
