Senior GIS Developer

Function

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate considerable expertise in GIS systems development, coupled with proficiency in a range of programming languages and database management. This position requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Proven experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro (minimum 3 years).
• Demonstrated expertise in developing GIS systems (minimum 5 years).
• Strong experience with Oracle Spatial (minimum 5 years).
• Combined experience with .NET, XAMARIN, and MAUI (minimum 5 years).
• Solid background in ASP.NET, C#, and C++ (minimum 5 years).
• Ability to showcase agility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills during the interview process.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Knowledge and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Other Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Dutch, along with proficiency in English.
• Location: Able to work onsite in Mechelen, combined with teleworking.
