Senior iOS Tech Lead

Our client is a large European organization developing digital platforms used by millions of customers. To strengthen their mobile development team, they are looking for a Senior iOS Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the iOS platform while mentoring developers and ensuring high standards in quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the technical direction of the iOS platform.

• Design and implement complex features and architectural improvements.

• Promote best practices in coding, testing, and maintainability.

• Mentor and support iOS developers through code and architecture reviews.

• Collaborate closely with Android developers, architects, product owners, designers, and backend teams.

• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to the long-term mobile roadmap.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in iOS development.

• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.

• Experience with modular architectures and Swift Package Manager.

• Solid knowledge of networking (URLSession, Codable, async/await).

• Familiarity with iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Coordinator, dependency injection).

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and collaborative development workflows.

• Good understanding of mobile security and the App Store release process.
