Senior IT Project Manager

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a vital role in driving a significant program focused on modernizing legacy systems while ensuring the continuity of critical business processes. Your expertise will help shape the future of the organization as you collaborate with diverse teams to implement transformative projects.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Scoping & Structuring: Initiating projects and defining functional, non-functional, architectural, and budgetary scopes. You'll also build schedules and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for capacity planning.
• Coordination & Governance: Leading interactions among Business and IT teams, ensuring project coherence, managing dependencies, and preparing governance documentation.
• Execution & Delivery: Coordinating analysis, design, implementation, testing, and training phases while managing risks and driving project team engagement.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, especially in a digital transformation context (SAP / Hastus preferred).
• Strong ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Expertise in application integration and change management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and reporting skills.

Familiarity with SAP and/or Hastus systems, or experience in modernization programs, is considered a valuable asset. Fluency in both Dutch or French and English is required.
