Senior Java Developer

We're looking for a talented consultant to join our client's team, contributing to innovative projects within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in Java development, integrating modern architecture solutions, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities and Role

The consultant will be tasked with leveraging their extensive experience to develop reliable and efficient Java applications. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing microservices architecture solutions.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate existing systems with new and emerging technologies.
• Ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the platform.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Java developer.
• C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in microservices architecture and the Spring framework.
• Demonstrable experience integrating with various SaaS solutions.
• A strong background in public transport contexts will be considered a plus.
