Senior Mulesoft analyst

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced integration professional to support a MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environment. The assignment focuses on maintaining and improving existing integrations while contributing to new API-led solutions in a complex hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity and stability of the current MuleSoft-based integration platform.
• Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing integration flows in line with API-led architecture principles.
• Develop new integration solutions to support ongoing business needs.
• Work closely with functional teams, integration analysts, and architects to analyse requirements and support critical processes.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support in a hybrid environment.
• Contribute throughout the integration lifecycle, including incident resolution, performance improvements, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with MuleSoft integration projects and the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Proven expertise in API-led design, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with integration architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on knowledge of common integration tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Experience with modelling tools.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques for both integration and functional testing.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 is a plus.
• Experience with the Atlassian stack, including Jira, is a plus.

Profile

• Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst.
• Proven background as an integration lead or architect.
• Strong understanding of API design and integration environments.
• Ability to analyse complex needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Comfortable working across technical and functional stakeholders.

Practical Information

• Languages: fluent Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language at B2 level; fluent English, both written and spoken.
