Senior .NET Web Developer

Function

We're looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our client's e-commerce technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys building robust, scalable solutions and wants to have a real influence on the architecture and performance of a high-traffic digital platform. You'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, while helping less-experienced developers grow their skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML5, TypeScript and SQL.
• Write clean, structured and scalable code with a strong focus on performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Perform technical analysis, implement unit and automated end-to-end tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor application performance and proactively investigate issues using logging, analytics and database tools.
• Contribute to the technical architecture and continuously evaluate new technologies and development practices.
• Coach and mentor junior developers while helping to maintain high coding standards across the team.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to estimate work, prioritize the sprint backlog and deliver projects and milestones on time.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a proactive, analytical and collaborative developer who enjoys taking ownership and continuously improving both technology and processes. You bring strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET and ASP.NET, combined with solid knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML5 and TypeScript. You also have experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL and stored procedures. Familiarity with GCP, Cloud Run, Docker and Terraform is a strong advantage. You're comfortable working with Git/GitHub, Jira, development and debugging tools, and SQL Server tooling, and you have a good understanding of networking concepts.
