In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and workstream leaders, helping drive planning, coordination, governance, and reporting activities that are critical to successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who thrives in large-scale transformation programs and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and control to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applying and promoting project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices defined by the PMO.
  • Organizing and facilitating workstream meetings, workshops, and project ceremonies.
  • Coordinating planning activities within and across workstreams to ensure alignment and end-to-end delivery.
  • Identifying, tracking, and managing project risks while defining and monitoring mitigation strategies.
  • Leading focused analyses on specific project topics, consolidating findings, and coordinating stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Preparing high-quality executive presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for steering committees and governance forums.
  • Providing regular status updates on project progress, key milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Maintaining project management tools and ensuring accurate, up-to-date project information.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations and international stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a highly organized and analytical professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to navigate complex transformation environments. You can quickly understand business challenges, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management support roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure and interpret complex information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in executive reporting environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation, migration, or platform modernization programs.
  • Solid understanding of operational and business process transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

The following experience is considered a strong advantage:

  • Exposure to large, multi-country transformation programs.
  • Experience within regulated or operationally intensive industries such as utilities, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
