Senior Process Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Process Manager with expertise in claims processing for hospitalization insurance and ideally outpatient care. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing claims processes to ensure efficiency, automation, and seamless integration with existing IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize claims processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency.
• Align process improvements with existing IT systems and current operational workflows.
• Assess and mitigate the impact of manual processing on workforce efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize processes to enhance operational returns and business performance.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain structured documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with risk management and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance and process integrity.

Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in process management and a deep understanding of claims processing in insurance. Your expertise includes:

• Strong analytical skills to map out and optimize workflows.
• Experience with process automation and system integrations.
• A structured, process-driven mindset with excellent decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other process management frameworks.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
