Senior Process Manager

Function

We're looking for a Process Manager to join our client’s IT organization and help elevate their Asset Management capabilities. You’ll play a central role in transforming processes by identifying improvement opportunities, automating workflows, and aligning process design with strategic goals and architectural standards. Working closely with stakeholders across architecture, SAP, and ServiceNow teams, you’ll drive process efficiency, traceability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current asset management processes and guide stakeholders toward streamlined, automated, and compliant solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather insights and align expectations across departments.
• Document processes clearly (using Visio) and ensure decision traceability.
• Collect feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT Process Managers to align asset management with adjacent processes like incident, change, and request management.
• Conduct root cause analyses and define corrective actions.
• Contribute to change management efforts across process initiatives.

Your Toolbox

• JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 – collaboration and documentation
• Visio – for process mapping and documentation
• Bonus if you have experience with:
  • ServiceNow – used for asset and configuration management
  • TRAcIT – tools supporting governance and compliance

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of experience as a Process Manager in IT Asset Management
• Analytical mindset with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Process- and documentation-driven, with a sharp eye for quality and detail
• Strong communicator, both in Dutch and English
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and decision-making
• Comfortable leading workshops and translating complex content into clear deliverables
• Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
