We're looking for a seasoned consultant to join our client's dynamic team and drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-stream programs across a variety of business domains. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in high-impact environments, working with both internal teams and external partners to manage large-scale IT initiatives from inception to implementation.

The Role: Program & Project Leadership
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of one or more high-profile projects that influence the entire organization. Your focus will be on orchestrating a comprehensive roadmap, overseeing interdependent initiatives, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. You will:

• Design and manage a program roadmap with interconnected projects

• Define project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Assign responsibilities across diverse project teams

• Lead risk management and ensure alignment with standards and best practices

• Drive cross-project technical synergies and governance

• Promote a strong, people-first management approach across teams

• Foster a culture of learning through a shared knowledge base and review processes

• Provide progress reporting to internal stakeholders and program leadership

Key Responsibilities
Beyond program delivery, you’ll also serve as a facilitator and strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders. This includes:

• Encouraging effective stakeholder communication and alignment

• Managing conflicts—both technical and interpersonal—with a solution-oriented mindset

• Enhancing the operational effectiveness of project teams

• Clarifying roles and responsibilities across all involved parties

• Capturing and acting on feedback for continuous improvement

Ideal Profile
We're seeking a confident, experienced leader with a blend of technical know-how, strategic insight, and people management skills. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT Portfolio, Program, and Project Management

• Strong expertise in tools like Planview, MS Project, and enterprise governance systems

• Proven experience with ITIL (minimum 5 years), SAFE, Agile, and IBM environments

• Certifications such as ITIL Practitioner, SAFE Consultant, PRINCE2, PMI, or similar

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• A proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in French and Dutch, with a working knowledge of English
