Function
We're looking for an expert consultant to join our client's team, focusing on optimizing e-services and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT, particularly with Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365, and experience in leading infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve and implement solutions, making use of the building blocks provided by governmental frameworks. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects to enhance e-services and support the integration of dynamic systems.
- Utilizing Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 for effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Implementing various government digital solutions such as document signing and integrated services.
- Employing project management methodologies and tools for efficient planning and execution.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in infrastructure or development projects (minimum 10 years).
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 (minimum 4 years).
- Experience in teamwork and project-oriented working methods.
- A higher education degree (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical background or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Dutch at European CEFR level C2 and strong English skills.
Additional Skills and Experience
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Experience with implementing governmental digital solutions within Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Knowledge of ITIL and other project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue resolution, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and understanding of overall project management aspects such as costs and timelines.
- A certification in Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
