Senior Project Manager

Function

We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives. This role combines strong delivery ownership with technical insight, particularly in cloud and infrastructure environments.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery within a demanding and fast-paced environment:

• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality standards
• Define project plans, milestones, and timelines
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Align high-level scope and ensure consistency between sub-projects
• Lead internal teams and external partners
• Report progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and program leadership
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance

Key Tasks & Environment

You will act as the central point of coordination across technical and business teams:

• Drive strong stakeholder communication and engagement
• Facilitate collaboration between different project teams
• Manage conflicts and ensure smooth project execution
• Define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working
• Monitor feedback, changes, and deliverables continuously
• Contribute to team development through coaching and support
• Proactively suggest improvements, innovations, and technical solutions

Technical focus:

• Infrastructure project delivery
• Hybrid cloud environments and cloud migrations
• Federated identity and access management
• Complex systems integration

Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a structured and delivery-focused professional with strong leadership capabilities:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management (infrastructure-oriented environments)
• Strong knowledge of systems integration and cloud-related transformations
• Agile mindset; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI (or equivalent) are a plus
