Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience leading innovative projects related to customer journey redesign and digitalization initiatives. You should be adept at empathizing with employee needs and translating them into concrete proposals to enhance the Employee Benefits strategy. A strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to see the bigger picture while delivering short-term results.
- Work independently while demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French proficiency is also highly desired.
- Possess a solid background in financial services, specifically within the insurance sector.
