Senior Project Manager Infrastructure
Function
We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, focused on the effective management of infrastructure projects. In this hands-on role, you will take full responsibility for the project lifecycle and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You will lead the complete management of IT infrastructure projects, including:
- Defining project structure and plans (timings, budgets, scenarios, etc.)
- Hands-on project execution with diligent follow-up on timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Regular reporting on project progress and any encountered issues
- Motivating and coordinating team members involved in the projects
Role & Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong communicative and writing skills, as well as negotiation capabilities and coaching abilities. You bring a methodical approach to your work, adept at determining priorities and coordinating various stakeholders. Required qualifications include:
- University degree or equivalent experience in IT project management
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, as well as ITIL and Prince2 methodologies
- Experience managing operational IT infrastructure projects, ideally within a cloud environment related to social security or healthcare

- Agile methodologies (Expert level)
- Database management (Confirmed level)
- DevOps practices (Confirmed level)
- Networking architecture (LAN/WAN, cloud networking, firewalls) (Confirmed level)
- OpenShift/Kubernetes environments (Confirmed level)
- Security best practices, including ATP, NDR, and EDR standards (Confirmed level)
- API management (SOAP and REST) (Confirmed level)
- Virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) (Confirmed level)
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of French being an advantage.
