Senior Project Manager SAP

Function

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to support our client in an international SAP Finance transformation program. You will coordinate the rollout of an existing global SAP S/4HANA template across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with governance standards, timelines, quality expectations, and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA rollout activities in an international environment
• Coordinate project phases including planning, execution, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
• Manage collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners and local entities
• Oversee multiple SAP streams including FI, CO, Treasury, MM, SD and MDG
• Monitor risks, dependencies, issues and reporting within a structured governance framework
• Ensure readiness for UAT, data migration and operational handover
• Support knowledge transfer towards support and maintenance teams

Profile

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Project Management experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA rollout experience within finance-focused environments
• Solid understanding of finance processes and SAP integration points
• Experience in international and multi-country deployments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiar with structured delivery methodologies and governance models
• Delivery-focused and able to operate in complex environments

• Languages: English professional proficiency required
• You'll work on a long term project (multi year)
• Able to work in Ghent, combined with 2 days of teleworking
