Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure and development projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Utilize project management techniques and tools for effective risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of PM methodologies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and practices.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects (minimum 5 years).
• Familiarity with project management terminology, organization, roles, and processes (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK).
• Operational and strategic skills, particularly in crisis management and negotiation.
• Competence in using project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL concepts.
• Experience in ERP and IT transformation projects, particularly with SAP S/4HANA.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on public sector and education.
• Technical expertise in ERP solutions, ideally with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of change management principles, especially in recovery operations.
• Experience working in complex organizational environments, involving multiple stakeholders.

Profile

• Fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Practical Information
