Function

• Manage functional aspects of SAP ERP application.
• Serve as an expert resource for IT-related inquiries, possessing comprehensive knowledge of applications.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and adjust configuration data as necessary.
• Provide advice to the IT Manager regarding SAP functionalities and projects, staying updated on latest developments.
• Maintain communication with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Handle change requests from initiation to testing, acting as a liaison between the organization and IT partners.
• Challenge proposed implementations by IT partners.
• Configure reporting systems.

Profile:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in functional application management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on Supply Chain is a significant advantage.
• Experience with production processes is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive in devising and executing solutions for issues.
• Decisive and action-oriented in decision-making, adept at connecting the right individuals, possessing strong communication skills.
• Assumes a leadership role within the team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge, analytical skills, broad interest in data applications.
• Familiarity with application architecture.
• Capable of overseeing the bigger picture.
• After the probationary period, the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week is available.
