Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant
Function
We’re looking for a Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in the evolution, stability, and continuous improvement of a complex SAP CRM landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on SAP expert who enjoys combining functional insight with technical problem-solving in a business-critical environment undergoing transformation toward next-generation SAP solutions.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing an enterprise SAP CRM platform and its interfaces. You will handle end-to-end incident management, analyze issues and change requests, and translate business needs into robust functional and technical solutions. In parallel, you will progressively contribute to a transformation program involving SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Version 2, and S/4HANA running alongside the current landscape. You will collaborate closely with functional stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure continuity, efficiency, and data integrity across systems.
Your responsibilities include:

Supporting SAP CRM processes in service management, customer data management (including GDPR), and sales processes such as lead-to-opportunity and contract management

Managing interfaces with legacy systems and other SAP platforms using technologies such as SAP PI, SAP CPI, BDocs, and IDocs

Handling incidents, service requests, problems, and changes with full ownership until resolution

Performing configuration and customization in SAP CRM

Writing functional and technical specifications for development

Supporting testing activities (unit, integration, regression) and delivery validation

Working closely with business stakeholders to implement enhancements and resolve issues

Continuously improving support processes, documentation, training, and communication

Bringing best practices and innovative ideas to improve system usage and quality of service

Your profile includes:

A university degree or equivalent experience

Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

At least 5 years of experience in SAP CRM support and maintenance, including recent hands-on work

Experience working in distributed or offshore environments is a plus

Familiarity with agile delivery models is an advantage

Experience within complex, asset-heavy or regulated environments is a plus
Technical & Functional Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong expertise across SAP CRM modules and integrations.
Required skills include:

Customization and support of SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI

Strong experience with SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules

Solid integration experience using SAP PI and SAP CPI

Understanding of ABAP and ability to debug issues

Experience with SAP OData and Fiori design principles

Knowledge of SAP ECC and FI-CA is a plus
-
SAP BRF+ experience is an advantage

Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
Practical requirements:

Availability to work onsite at an agreed frequency (role is not fully remote)

Professional working proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (C1 level preferred)

Minimum of 5 years total SAP CRM experience, including at least 3 years of recent hands-on work
