Function
We’re looking for a Senior SAP HCM & Time Specialist to strengthen the HR Process & Functional Support team. You will play a key role in supporting and improving all HR applications and data related to Time & Payroll. The scope includes time registrations across multiple channels (SAP HR, SAP Portal, HR Kiosk, FIORI, mobile), Time Management calculations, Payroll Posting, and integrations with both legacy and operational planning systems.
Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end functional and technical support for incidents and service requests
• Analyze issues and changes, design appropriate solutions and prepare functional/technical specifications
• Perform SAP HR customizing in Time, Payroll-related functionalities and linked HR applications
• Act as Change Manager for TM/PY-related enhancements, ensuring clear planning and qualitative delivery
• Coordinate releases for TM/PY applications, including scope, testing, communication and adoption
• Collaborate with process leads, key users and other HR/IT teams for smooth change delivery
• Contribute best practices and propose improvements across support, training, processes and communication
• Lead small projects independently
Evaluation Criteria
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Time Management (negative/positive/quota), time registrations, ESS/MSS via SAP Portal and FIORI
• Solid understanding of integrations via SAP PI, ESB, SAP Idocs, APIs and SAP BTP
• Experience with SAP HR customizing in Time, PA/OM, Time Registration and basic Payroll Posting
• Strong skills in functional analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving
Conformity Criteria
• 10+ years experience as SAP Time Specialist in large Belgian organizations (10,000+ employees) with mixed workforce types
• 10+ years experience customizing and maintaining SAP PA/OM, Time Management, Time Registration and Payroll (high-level)
• Proven experience with FIORI for HCM, ESS and MSS
• Proven experience setting up and troubleshooting integrations with SAP HCM & Time (APIs, PI, Idocs, BTP)
• Fluent in Dutch or French (C2 in één, minimum B2 in de andere) and English (B2)
• Minimum three days per week on site
