Senior SAP HR Mobile & Fiori Specialist
Function
The Senior SAP HR Mobile & Fiori Specialist plays a key role in supporting HR applications and data for Time & Payroll (TM/PY). The role combines deep functional knowledge with strong technical expertise across HR mobile applications, Fiori, SAP integrations, and HR workflows.
Role Purpose
As a Technical Analyst within the HR Process & Functional Support team, you will be responsible for:

Expertise in HR mobile and Fiori applications.

Managing interfaces between SAP HR and various legacy or operational systems (via APIs, SAP PI, ESB, SAP Idocs, SAP BTP).

Supporting, designing, and optimizing SAP HR workflows.

Providing high-quality day-to-day functional and technical application support.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Analysis
-
End-to-end responsibility for resolving incidents and service requests.
-
Diagnose issues, perform functional/technical analysis, and design solutions.

Prepare functional and technical specifications using advanced technical knowledge.

Customize SAP HR modules and related HR applications.

Guide developers in delivering enhancements or regulatory changes.
Change & Release Management

Act as Change Manager for requests involving HR mobile and Fiori applications.

Manage expectations, planning, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with process leads, key users, and HR stakeholders to manage change requests, bug fixes, and operational improvements.

Coordinate HR application releases: scope, testing, delivery, communication, user adoption, and quality assurance.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership

Introduce best practices, innovation, and technology insights to improve HR mobile and Fiori solutions.

Lead and execute small projects independently, occasionally steering small teams.

Work closely with HR leadership, process owners, and IT functions.
Conformity Criteria
-
Over 5 years of experience as a SAP HR mobile applications specialist in large Belgian organizations (15,000+ employees) with mixed workforce structures (statutory + contractual) in a public-sector environment.

Minimum 15 years of experience in customizing and maintaining SAP HR modules, specifically SAP PA/OM and SAP Time Management.

Proven experience with complex interface architectures involving SAP and non-SAP systems.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining SAP HR workflows.

Strong experience with inbound/outbound integrations involving SAP HCM & Time (API’s, SAP PI, SAP Idocs, SAP BTP).

Fluent in Dutch or French at C2 level (at least one), with the other language at minimum B2; English at minimum B2.

Availability for minimum three days per week on-site.
