We're looking for a dedicated professional to support software development teams within our client's dynamic organization. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing collaboration, ensuring predictable delivery, and fostering continuous improvement while aligning with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

• Facilitating Scrum events that provide value to the team.
• Assisting Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Encouraging ongoing improvement in the team's working methods.
• Promoting collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
• Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder team performance and delivery.
• Encouraging a culture of transparency, ownership, and accountability.
• Supporting Agile and DevOps practices where applicable.
• Helping establish realistic commitments to enhance delivery predictability.
• Facilitating conflict resolution and constructive discussions.
• Utilizing metrics and observations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coaching teams towards increased autonomy and maturity.
• Contributing to collaboration across teams when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Experience with application development teams (web, mobile, or cloud-based solutions).
• Proven experience supporting Agile delivery in complex organizational settings.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Fluency in English and Dutch And French.

Preferred qualifications include experience in SAFe environments, large-scale Agile transformations, and certifications such as Scrum Master (PSM, CSM or equivalent). Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices is also a plus.
