Senior Scrum Master

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale digital product environment. The client is investing in modern platforms and scalable solutions to support digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

As a consultant, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile delivery, enabling collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.

This assignment is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and have experience supporting the delivery of complex digital products.

Role Summary

As Scrum Master, you will promote and safeguard Scrum principles while coaching one or more Agile teams. Your primary focus is to maximize team effectiveness by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient product delivery. Given the technical nature of the environment, a solid technical background is required to understand and help resolve technical impediments.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching and supporting Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and facilitation capabilities.
• Technical background with the ability to understand development challenges.
• Good understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Experience managing and refining large product backlogs.
• Experience building business cases and analysing business scenarios.
• Familiarity with AI tools that improve software quality, delivery processes and team efficiency.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in environments using Test-Driven Development (TDD).
