Role overview
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical authority within our client’s organization. You will lead the design and delivery of complex information systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high standards in performance, security, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust and scalable IT solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Drive best practices in software development, system integration, and DevOps
• Oversee system performance, reliability, and security across platforms
• Support decision-making on technology stack, tools, and frameworks
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Tasks

• Guide end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from concept to deployment
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Profile – the ideal candidate

• Proven experience in a senior technical or leadership role within IT or software engineering
• Strong expertise in system architecture, integration, and modern development practices
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
