-
Design, introduce, implement, and continuously improve test automation tooling
-
Build and maintain long-running end-to-end tests in complex, distributed systems
-
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts as part of a Scrum team
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality and QA maturity across teams
Profile & Experience
Must-have
-
Comfortable working in a highly technical, developer-oriented environment
-
Proven experience testing complex, distributed, backend systems
-
Solid understanding of asynchronous processing
-
Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data at database level
-
Experience testing batch-oriented, non-interactive systems
-
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
-
Languages: English (fluent), Dutch (basic), French (basic)
Nice-to-have
-
Experience testing high-volume data pipelines
-
Basic knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging platforms
-
Experience with test automation for non-UI systems (scripts, controlled replays)

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret log files
If you enjoy improving test automation in technically complex environments and want to make a real impact on software quality, this role at our client could be a strong next step.
