We're looking for a specialist to join our client's team, contributing to a variety of critical projects that enhance operational efficiency and data management. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that diverse applications function seamlessly together while maintaining high quality standards across various domains.

Responsibilities

You will take a hands-on approach to testing and work collaboratively with team members to guarantee the quality of integrations between different systems. Your key responsibilities include:

• Documenting test scenarios and monitoring progress in a central testing tool while ensuring accurate reporting.
• Executing functional tests personally, applying your testing knowledge through a hands-on mindset.
• Coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple application teams and projects, capturing defects in collaboration with functional analysts.
• Guiding end-users and business analysts through user acceptance testing.
• Preparing relevant test data through consultation with involved domains.
• Managing open defects and actively overseeing their resolution.
• Organizing Go/No Go meetings and providing detailed test reports.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally possess robust theoretical and practical knowledge in the following areas:

• Enterprise application integration and BPM.
• Proficient in XML and SQL.
• Experienced in using testing tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Specflow).
• Possessing a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2, alongside proficiency in English.
• Capability to adapt to changing circumstances and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a test coordinator and tester with a focus on execution.
• Experience in testing complex enterprise applications and applying formal testing methods.
• Competence in understanding functional and technical requirements for effective test scenario implementation.
• Ability to present test results visually to stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with writing test strategies and automation scripts.
• Insight into or experience with Azure, .NET, or Java technologies related to testing is considered a plus.
