Senior UX Designer

Function

We're looking for a talented consultant to become part of our client's dynamic team, where you'll contribute to the development of a user-friendly partner portal. This innovative system serves as a central access point for partners to manage their connections, enabling effortless configuration and monitoring. The portal consolidates essential functionalities, including dashboards, documentation, and incident tracking, all aimed at streamlining onboarding and connection management processes.

Responsibilities and Engagement

As a pivotal member of the central team, you will collaborate closely with business and functional analysts to translate concepts into detailed wireframes ready for development. Your role will involve actively participating in workshops to ensure partners’ business goals are met with intuitive and accessible designs. You will leverage the established design system to maintain a consistent user experience, all while working within an Agile Scrum environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating concepts into detailed wireframes for development.
• Iterating workflows with analysts and front-end developers for clarity and functionality.
• Aligning closely with digital architects to adhere to design system guidelines.
• Supporting the business analyst with creative formats for workshops.
• Delivering conceptual designs, user flows, and detailed wireframes.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect applicant will possess strong expertise as a UX designer, with experience in creating user-centered designs for complex environments. Key qualifications include:

• Demonstrable experience in technical UX design environments with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Invision, along with a solid grounding in responsive screen design.
• Experience implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) being a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch at the CEFR level C2 is required, along with proficiency in English.
• Strong communicator, team player, analytical thinker with the ability to work independently.
