Senior UX Designer

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced UX professional to help shape intuitive, accessible, and visually strong digital experiences. This opportunity suits someone with a solid technical background, strong design-tool expertise, and a proven track record in user-centered interface design.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces that align with user expectations and business needs.
• Develop responsive screen designs for a range of digital environments.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and interfaces.
• Apply modern UX/UI methodologies to build software that is accessible, inclusive, and easy to use.
• Contribute to content-driven page design where structure, clarity, and usability are key.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a UX designer, ideally with at least 4 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with responsive screen design and the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces.
• Experience setting up and maintaining design systems.
• Experience with JIRA is considered an asset.

Profile

• Higher education at Master’s or Bachelor’s level with a technical or engineering background, or equivalent experience in ICT-related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with the technology in question or a similar technology, ideally at senior level.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern UX/UI practices.
• Experience delivering work in complex stakeholder environments is a plus.

Practical Information

• Language requirement: fluent Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
