Function

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between user experience strategy and the tangible design of digital interfaces. Your expertise in wireframing will be key as you navigate a variety of projects to deliver cohesive and intuitive service experiences that align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Your role will center on designing and orchestrating complete service and product experiences, guiding them from user research through to solution validation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding user needs and client expectations through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Creating and modeling user journeys and service designs (personas, service blueprints, etc.).
  • Collaborating with clients, project teams, and end-users to co-create solutions (wireframes, prototypes, user testing).
  • Ensuring the quality and coherence of user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Supporting development teams in adherence to UX best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Continuously evaluate solutions through testing, metrics, and analysis.
  • Implementing information security protocols in your work.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing user requirements and defining specifications, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets to extract relevant insights. You should have proven experience in project management, particularly within Agile methodologies, and a strong foundation in UX/UI and interface design. Additional traits include:

  • Expertise in need analysis and requirements definition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and apply development methodologies.
  • Facilitation skills for strategic workshops.

Language Requirements & Skills

Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate in this role. You will also need:

  • Expertise in user needs analysis and requirements definition.
  • Confirmed capability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Junior level experience in UX/UI and interface design.
