Service Designer wireframes

Function

We're seeking a talented consultant to join our client's team, specializing in creating seamless service experiences. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between broad user experience strategies and the practical design of digital interfaces, focusing on comprehensive user research and validating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and client expectations.
• Design and model user journeys and service blueprints, including personas and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to co-create solutions, utilizing wireframes and prototypes for user testing.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all contact points.
• Assist development teams in adhering to UX best practices and accessibility guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of solutions through testing, key performance indicators, and analytical reviews.
• Follow established information security protocols.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate a range of expertise and a proven ability to translate complex user needs into actionable designs. Key skills include:

• Expert-level knowledge in requirement analysis and defining project needs.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract valuable insights.
• Experience in Agile project management and collaboration with IT development methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with UX/UI design principles and interface design.
• Expertise in facilitating strategic workshops.
